It's an atoll... it's remote, you need take a small plane to reach, it's a safe haven for pelagic cruising around South China Sea. School of hammerhead is the main draw (during the season, normally April - May). However, the reef and it's macro life is very nice, the wall dive is impressive; you may encounter with any big animal (anything is possible) on it's signatory blue water dive.
